Delancey, a highly successful real estate investment firm, wanted to evaluate its corporate identity and assess whether it continued to reflect the character of the company and its expanded offerings. FK3 was then tasked to refresh the brand and implement across Delancey’s website and printed materials.
Using our proprietary research-based brand development process, FK3 developed a new logo and corporate identity scheme to better align with Delancey’s future goals and expanding investor audiences. The research and new positioning and identity were then leveraged to build a new website – which FK3 managed from strategy and design through to SEO, coding, language versioning and launch. The project was also carried through into corporate & product brochures, stationery, and office décor/signage.
Within 12 months, Delancey successfully closed out one investment fund, and used its new identity to launch a new fund which is already fully invested.
